These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 88fb platform ("Platform", "Site") and its associated mobile applications. By accessing the platform or registering as a member, the user is deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Member" or "User" — any person who holds and operates a registered account on 88fb.

• The account must be opened in the person's own name and for their own use — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Each individual may operate a maximum of one account.
• Registration from areas where online gaming is prohibited by law is not permitted.

2.2 Identity Verification

88fb reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account. Withdrawals may be held during the verification process.

2.3 Multiple Accounts

If the same person operates more than one account, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned from them will be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method may also be treated as a multiple account violation.

Each member is personally responsible for the security of their own account. Keeping login credentials confidential and preventing unauthorized access is the member's own responsibility.

3.1 Password and Security

• The password must not be shared with or disclosed to anyone else.
• Any unusual activity on the account must be reported to the support team immediately.
• The member is solely liable for any loss resulting from access to their account through a third party.

3.2 Updating Information

Any changes to a member's personal information must be updated in the account as soon as possible. 88fb will not be responsible for any delay or difficulty with withdrawals caused by incorrect or outdated information.

All financial transactions on 88fb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The designated methods available on the platform must be used for deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).

• Members must use a payment method registered in their own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Standard withdrawal processing may take between 10 and 45 minutes.
• 88fb reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

4.3 Fraud and Chargebacks

If a member is found to be involved in fraudulent payments, unauthorized chargebacks, or any other deceptive financial activity, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

88fb offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which members must read before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: if a member deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and their balance will be ৳2,000. To make the bonus eligible for withdrawal, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in wagering.

5.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses

• A bonus may only be claimed once — unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Winnings from a bonus are added to the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The wagering for any previous bonus must be completed before claiming a new bonus.
• A bonus is never "free" cash — every bonus comes with a wagering requirement.
• 88fb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, attempting to use a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement, or exploiting the bonus system in any other way is considered bonus abuse by 88fb. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

All games and betting services offered on 88fb are governed by specific rules. Members are encouraged to read the relevant rules before playing any game or placing any bet.

6.1 Bet Outcomes

• The outcome of each bet is determined by the rules of the game and, where applicable, the official result of the sporting event.
• If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical fault, 88fb will refund the amount staked.
• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a server outage, network problem, or device fault, 88fb will resolve the situation in a reasonable manner. However, 88fb does not accept liability for losses caused by problems with the member's own network or device.

6.3 Odds Changes

For sports betting, odds are not changed after a bet has been confirmed. However, in live betting, odds may change up until the point the bet is accepted.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 88fb platform. Any member found to be involved in such activities will have their account closed, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

• Using the platform for illegal or criminal activity.
• Using the account for money laundering or unlawful financial transactions.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to participate in games or betting.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or software.
• Attempting to access another member's account or engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or technical faults in the platform.
• Placing bets or making deposits using a third party's funds.

The 88fb platform operates on an "as is" basis. We make efforts to ensure uninterrupted availability of the service, but disruptions may occasionally occur due to technical or operational reasons.

8.1 Areas Outside of Liability

• Loss caused by problems with the member's device or internet connection.
• Loss resulting from the member's own negligence or failure to keep their password confidential.
• Temporary service outages due to unexpected technical failures.
• Actions or delays by third-party payment providers.

8.2 Maximum Liability

In no case shall 88fb's liability exceed the current balance in the member's account. 88fb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9.1 Data Protection Methods

• All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.
• Members' personal information is not sold to any third party.

The platform uses cookies to improve the user experience and analyze services. Members can manage cookies through their browser settings, though some services may be limited as a result.

88fb reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraud or deceptive activity is found.
• If documents required for identity verification are not provided within the specified time.
• In compliance with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

10.1 Account Closure by Member

Any member who wishes to close their account can contact the support team via live chat or email. If any pending bonus wagering requirements are not met before the account is closed, the relevant bonus will be forfeited.
